Our professor Joo-Young Kim awards Minister’s Award from MSIT at the 2022 Future AI Semiconductor Technology Conference.
Professor Joo-Young Kim was recognized for contributing to the artificial intelligence semiconductor industry. He works within the field, including the national research and development of AI processors and PIM semiconductor technologies, as well as fostering future semiconductor engineers and contributing to fabless ecosystems.
Recently, he is actively researching AI semiconductors and hybrid memory-logic PIM semiconductors, for the application in large AI models.
